No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment, including a membership, does not increase your chances of winning. Leaving a review, testimonial or referral is not required to enter and does not affect your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Lou Casamassa's Red Dragon Karate Inc., 364 W. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, CA 91741 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Owners, employees and instructors of Sponsor and of any Red Dragon Karate studio, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry periods
The draw runs in monthly entry periods. Each period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month.
4. How to enter
Scan the QR code on a Red Dragon welcome card, or visit rdkgiveaway.com and choose a studio, then complete and submit the entry form. Limit one entry per person and per household for the entire promotion, across all studios and all entry periods: a mobile number or email address that has already been used to enter cannot be used to enter again. An entry counts only in the entry period in which it is received. Entries made by script, macro or other automated means are void.
Bonus entries: an entrant receives one additional entry for each new household (not a current or former Red Dragon member) that requests free lessons through the entrant's personal invite link during the same entry period, up to ten bonus entries per period.
5. Prize
One prize per entry period. Prize for the current entry period (this month): a $100 Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value: $100. The prize for each entry period is shown on the entry page throughout that period. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Drawing
Within seven days after each entry period ends, Sponsor will select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that period. One winner is drawn from entries across all participating studios. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by phone, text message or email using the details provided in the entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seven days, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Conditions
The winner is responsible for any taxes. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name, city and studio without further compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures, and may cancel, modify or suspend the draw if fraud or technical problems affect its integrity.
9. Release
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, its studios and their owners, employees and agents from liability arising from participation in the draw or from the prize.
10. Winner's name and governing law
For the name of a winner, write to Sponsor at the address above within 60 days after the end of the relevant entry period. These rules are governed by the laws of California.
Privacy Notice
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email (optional), your student's first name (optional), your studio, and basic technical details such as device type, language and time of visit. If you choose to share a video or written testimonial, we collect that too. If you invite a friend, we receive the details your friend submits.
How we use it
To run the draw and contact the winner, and so your studio can follow up about your training. We only text you if you ticked the text-message box (reply STOP at any time). We only use a testimonial in our marketing if you ticked the consent box when you sent it.
Who we share it with
Your Red Dragon studio, and the service providers that host this page and deliver its email. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Draw entries for up to 24 months. Testimonials until you ask us to remove them.

Children
This page is for parents and guardians aged 18 or older. We only ask for a student's first name, and only from the parent or guardian.
